Phosphating Chemical

Phosphating Chemical is formed by dipping the pickled workpiece surface in an aqueous solution of phosphorous acid and primary metal phosphates, especially zinc phosphate. Tertiary zinc phosphate is deposited as a crystalline layer on the surface of the workpiece by chemical reactions with the surface. This is used in phosphate coating (phosphating) which is a conversion coating and particularly for components made of steel and iron. It is possible to phosphate elements composed of zinc or other nonferrous metals. The areas of application of our Phosphating Chemical are corrosion protection, reduction of wear, adhesion promotion, and electrical insulation.
