Product Description
We offer Hot Zinc Phosphating Chemical which is used for corrosion resistance as a lubricant holding layer, and as a paint/coating base and can also be applied by immersion or spraying. This can also be applied to galvanized steel. All zinc coatings are more corrosion resistant than bare iron or steel. Our Hot Zinc Phosphating Chemical can effectively inhibit the anode process of metal corrosion and enhance the wet adhesion of the coating, and consequently prevent the horizontal diffusion of the coatings disbonding by introducing the corrosive medium into the coating or metal contact.
