Flowchar India Pvt. Ltd. was founded by individuals with extensive business experience spanning three decades who also had expertise in a wide range of industrial process chemicals and technologies. They have been linked to many industrial segments such as steel, sugar and distilleries, textiles and garment processing, petrochemicals and fertilizer, paper, food, pharmaceuticals. With their support, today, we have established a full fledged system in the company, which is aimed at the development of chemicals like Hot And Cold Phosphating Chemical, Silicon Based Sticker Cum Spreader, Sulphuric Acid Inhibitor, etc., in accordance with various internationally recognized standards.
We initiated commercial operations in 2018 after witnessing that the Indian market promoted many Hexavalent Chrome based products for applications in metal processing, through various developed countries have already started using other safer alternatives that had the excellence of Hexavalent Chrome but were kind to the environment. Partnering with a Netherlands based company, ADI, having 40+ years of experience in metal surface treatment, we then began serving as an importer, and promoting their innovative formulations in the Indian market. This technical collaboration also helped us gain an edge as a manufacturer and exporter, and offer many innovative products under our own brand name of Premisol to our Indian and global clients.

Physical Properties PREMISOL 9504 Appearance Pale yellow to Light orange Form Liquid Sp.gravity 1.15 +/- 0.05 pH (Neat) 5.5 to 7.5 Solubility Soluble in water in all proportions Shelf life 2 Years Typical Dosage PREMISOL 9504 is known to be effective in the dose range of to 0.02 %to 0.05 %. However, the desired dose levels for individual systems shall be recommended by Flowchar technical representatives Handling & Safety PREMISOL 9504 should be handled like any other industrial chemical, such as, acids or alkalis. Safety shoes, gloves and face masks should be worn while handling the product. Direct contact with skin should be avoided. In case of accidental splash, wash the affected area with plenty of fresh water and get immediate medical attention. In case of spills, wash the area with plenty of water. Environmental Safety PREMISOL 9504 contains ingredients, which are nontoxic and non-polluting at suggested use levels. They are auto degradable and bio degradable. Water treated with PREMISOL 9504 can be safely discharged into any waste stream, without need for any post treatment
